Processing times vary by product type. Accessories like coasters, bags, and bookmarks are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Clothing and custom tops can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on demand. Please also keep in mind that once your order is shipped, delivery times can vary, and delays may happen due to shipping carriers.

Hand wash with mild detergent in cool water and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing, excessive pulling, or stretching.
